Job Profile

The company is seeking a Machine Operator 4 who will work independently and uses judgment to fabricate material using equipment with a high degree of complexity and computerized controls.

Educational Qualification

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• ACT Work Keys Assessment at certified job profile skill level

Work Experience

• 1 year of experience independently operating computer-controlled machine operation, including robotic, automatic, or semi-automatic machines

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience independently operating computer-controlled machine operation, including robotic, automatic, or semi-automatic machines
• Certificate from a technical school or 6 additional months of relevant experience and/or training in computer-controlled machine operation, including robotic, automatic, or semi-automatic machines

Duties/Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams and operates a variety of equipment involved in daily manufacturing processes, including robotic, computer-controlled, automatic, or semi-automatic machines.
• Performs computer downloads containing specifications that direct the machine to operate efficiently.
