The company is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician to join its team.

Educational Qualification

• Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED

Work Experience

• Possess 2+ years of maintenance-related experience

Duties/Responsibilities

• Preserve excellent condition and operational readiness. It includes conducting diagnostic assessments, and scheduling and performing repairs and maintenance on all plant equipment.
• Develop preventative maintenance procedures, document completed work orders, and perform other assignments to ensure a safe, clean healthy, and efficient facility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree from a two-year college or technical school in a related field
• Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and OSHA training
• Possess a boiler, welding, or electrical certification or license

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Must pass a physical, drug test, and background check
• Ability to communicate fluently in English

Physical Requirements

• Ability to maneuver around heavy equipment including bending, climbing, crawling, manual dexterity, and frequently lifting and carrying objects weighing approximately 40 pounds.
