The company is recruiting a Maintenance Technician II who will install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipes, and electrical systems at the manufacturing site.

Educational Qualification

• Applicants should have a High School Diploma or Equivalent

Work Experience

• Possess 2 or more years of related experience

Duties/Responsibilities

• Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
• Coordinate material requisitions needed for each project.
• Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
• Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers, wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
• Install, program, or repair automated machinery and equipment such as robots or programmable controllers.
• Layout, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, as well as repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
• Listen for unusual machine sounds or equipment to detect malfunctions for discussing machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers and diagnosing the problem for repair.
• Maintain and develop TPM program from factory equipment.
• Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
• Repair and maintain the physical structure of the establishment.
• Set up and operate machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill, and milling machine to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools.
• Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
