Job Profile

The company is recruiting a Maintenance Technician III to join its team.

Educational Qualification

• Applicants should have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Military Training and or Technical School (preferred)

Work Experience

• 2-3 years of Electro Automation System Installation and Troubleshooting experience
• 5 years in troubleshooting industrial electrical control systems down to the component level

Duties/Responsibilities

• Ability to install and set up both A/C and D/C drives
• Able to install and troubleshoot basic 3-phase motor control circuits
• Able to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings
• Familiar with pumps, both air and electric
• Knowledge of the various types of sensors and limit switches
• Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery which includes; motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3-phase power, communication devices, industrial/electronic controls, and power transmission systems.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager or another member of the leadership team.
• PLC troubleshooting and problem-solving ability with a practical, mechanical, and electrical aptitude
• Understands hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Working knowledge of encoders and various types of sensors
• Working knowledge of power transmission equipment, bearings, pneumatics, and hydraulics

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as required
• Ability to work independently
• Basic welding skills
• Must be computer literate
• Corrugated background is a plus, but not required
