Job Profile

The company is looking for a Maintenance Technician/Welder who will have an uncompromising emphasis on safety excellence, be a self-starter, and will have various responsibilities.

• Education level is not mentioned, yet applicants may be required a High School Diploma

Work Experience

Required Qualifications-

• Must be willing to work a regular 5 pm-3 am shift
• Must be willing to work outside in a variety of conditions
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Previous maintenance experience

Preferred Qualifications-

• Experience in heavy equipment is preferred, but not required
• Experience welding and cutting
• Working knowledge of quarry utilities and equipment including crushers, conveyors, scales, etc.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain crushers, conveyors, screens, and other equipment
• Inspect and perform daily repairs and maintenance on the plant
• Involved with plant improvement projects
• Operating production equipment
• Routine equipment/plant maintenance
• Other duties as assigned by management

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Mechanical aptitude/ability to diagnose and perform plant repairs as needed
• Must have a dedication to safe work practices
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
