Job Profile

The company is searching for a Senior Maintenance Welder to join its team at an underground limestone mine on the North side of Ames.

Primarily working out of the Red Barn Shop, and Northern Colorado Operations

Educational Qualification

• Applicants require a High School Diploma or GED

Work Experience

• Possess 5+ years of welding, cutting, and fabrication experience (required)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain stationary machinery and mechanical equipment such as conveyor systems, shakers, gearboxes, etc.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to troubleshoot, repair and maintain all mobile and plant equipment
• Bi-Lingual is a plus
• CDL preferred, but not required
• Mechanically inclined on a wide variety of hand tools, and power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work overtime, and weekends as needed
