The company is looking for a Special Inspector to join its team.
Education Level
- Not mentioned, yet a High School Diploma will be a plus
Work Experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience performing special inspections on at least one type of construction material (such as soils, masonry, concrete, and structural steel)
- Must Have one or more of the ICC certifications (ICC Masonry, ICC Reinforced Concrete, ICC Post Tension Concrete, ICC Fire Proofing, ICC Building Inspector, ICC Mechanical, ICC Electrical, ICC Plumbing, ICC Soils), ICC or CWI Welding Inspector.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Communicate with managers, show commitment as a team player, organize work, and manage time effectively
- Inform field representatives of observation and test results
- Perform observations and testing
- Write detailed reports summarizing test results and observations
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent client relations skills
- A Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
