The company is seeking a Welder to join its team.

Educational Qualification

  • Recognized welding apprenticeship or significant relevant experience
  • NDT (MPI & DPI) to PCN Level 2 advantageous

Work Experience

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Follow detailed weld procedures and instructions, including determining the appropriate welding equipment or method based on the customer’s requirements.
  • Prepare various different sizes of components and materials for fabrication, weld repair, and build-up. This involves laying out, cutting, fitting, measuring, and welding metals to create the desired shape or object.
  • Providing welding services for the repair of components by overlay and general fabrication.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Ability to follow procedures and obtain welder qualifications
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use applicable hand tools (grinders, etc.)
