Job Profile
The company is seeking a Welder Fabricator to join its team.
Education Level
- High School Diploma (credible)
Work Experience
- Experience working with stainless steel and other metals commonly used in food industry equipment.
- Prior experience in the beverage or food industry (a plus)
- Proven experience as a fabricator and welder in a manufacturing setting.
License/Certification
- Certification in welding or relevant vocational training (preferred)
Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment in the fabrication area.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
- Inspect and ensure the quality of welded parts meets industry standards.
- Operate welding equipment to fabricate metal parts and components.
- Perform fabrication and welding tasks according to specifications and blueprints provided.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Ability to use various hand and power tools effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in workmanship.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
Work Environment
- Exposed to heat, sparks, and fumes
- Requires safety gear at all times
- Stands, bends, and lifts frequently
- Uses heavy tools and machinery
- Works in workshops or construction sites
