Job Profile

The company is seeking a Welding Coordinator who will participate/develop and maintain welding techniques and quality control of welding.

Implement and maintain compliance according to Tetra Pak Corporate Standards and customer requirements.

Within the production center document and perform welding tests and report quality control of welding.

Prioritize safety first and constantly work on continuous improvements throughout the business in accordance with WCM – World Class Management.

Educational Qualification

  • No education level is mentioned, yet having a High School Diploma will be a plus

Work Experience

  • Possess 4 to 6 years of welding experience or related experience (preferred, but not limited to)
  • Experience with WCM, LEAN, and 5S (an advantage)

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for questions regarding welding quality
  • Maintain and develop a log of valid WPQR and WPS
  • Propose and perform training
  • Qualify and implement WPQR and WPS
  • Qualify and monitor the welder’s task and performance with the ability to revoke the welder’s qualification
  • Verify the procedure for testing before welding is in place

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks during a given work week and consistently deliver to a deadline
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
