Job Profile

The company is looking for a Welding Engineer who will join its 2nd largest Body-in-White and frame supplier team.

Educational Qualification

• Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from 4-year college or university
• 5 years plus related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Work Experience

• Possess 2+ years of experience

Duties/Responsibilities

• Co-responsibility for working with Quality and Tooling Engineers on FMEAs and control plans
• Maintenance floor support on all welding and related equipment
• Program robots, pedestal welders, and all other types of welding related equipment
• Review and resolve all weld cut and etch and destruct-related issues
• Support new model launches and improvement teams
• Troubleshoot technical/mechanical concerns on equipment

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Adaptive to a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Office intermediate skills
• Problem-solver
