The company is recruiting a Welding Technician to join its team.
Educational Qualification
- Applicants should have a Manufacturing/Welding Certificate (min 2 Years) with a focus on robotic welding processes from a school/college
Work Experience
- Possess 2 years of related work experience
- Manual welding applications
Duties/Responsibilities
- Adjustment of the welding process through modification to the robot coordinates.
- Completing variant changeovers as directed by the production planner.
- Completion of process audit on a daily basis.
- Direct production support of both Laser and Cold Metal Transfer (CMT) welding processes.
- Set up and maintenance of Welding fixtures, Poke Yoke Systems, Laser welding process monitoring system (4D), and Vision detection software (VMT).
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Ability to read and interpret product prints, dimensional reports (GD&T), and Robotic experience.
- Excellent Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting skills.
