The company is looking for a Machine Repair to join its team.

Educational Qualification

• No education level is mentioned, applicants may be required a High School Diploma
• Millwright certificating (a plus)

Work Experience

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in an Automotive Manufacturing environment (preferably in molding)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Fabrication for machinery and equipment.
• Installation and maintenance of all mechanical equipment.
• Maintain stringent preventive maintenance schedules on all production and environmental control equipment.
• Strong understanding of Safety LOTOTO procedures
• Troubleshooting/repairing all production and facilities equipment breakdowns.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to read and comprehend mechanical drawings, codes/mechanical safety, basic electrical/electronic components, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical equipment, and welding.
• Able to work flexible hours and be available for overtime as required.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills, together with a high degree of mechanical expertise and computer knowledge.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude (instrumentation, pneumatics, hydraulics).
• Proven ability to work in a Team environment along with other members of the maintenance team. Strong Team attitude (required)
• Proven track record for performance and attendance in existing position.
• Self-motivated, ability to follow up on tasks through to completion.
• Strong background in manufacturing related to injection molding, coating, and assembly would be preferred.
• Strong practical use of math and physics.
• Thorough understanding of rigging, welding, electrical theory, and mechanics.

Physical Demands

• A normal amount of sitting and standing
• Ability to move around an office environment and on the production floor
• Ability to work at a computer workstation
• Ability to bend, twist, lift, reach
• Required to carry out job duties and responsibilities in a work environment that may include, but is not limited to, varying levels of noise or temperature
• Ability to lift max. 50 lbs. periodically
