The company is searching for an Assembler Fitter to join its team.

Educational Qualification

• No education level is mentioned, yet having a High School Diploma will be a plus

Work Experience

• Possess experience in soldering and welding

Duties/Responsibilities

• Installs a variety of package parts
• May measure and inspect tubes using various precision measuring instruments
• Uses basic math calculations to determine whether the tube meets specification limits
• Carry out routine work assignments

Essential Functions-

• Basic soldering of wires, wire connectors on sub-assemblies
• Carry out routine work assignments with a minimum amount of supervision
• Installs various assemblies and parts on tubes using basic hand tools and fastening devices
• Leak checks on various tubes to confirm the tube is leak tight
• Maintain area in a clean and orderly manner
• Maintain safe work practices (per Facility Safety Policies)
• Performs potting operations on various tube types using RTV potting compounds along with potting fixture
• Sandblast various tube types and assemblies
• Soldering and welding on various tube assemblies

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Basic understanding of blueprints, drawings, and use of precision measuring equipment
• Good manual dexterity
