Job Profile

The company is seeking a Mechanic who will be responsible for cleaning, inspecting, repairing, and testing customer equipment and T.D. Williamson (TDW) services equipment for damage or wear before delivery to the job site.

Education Level

• Technical/vocational certification(s) in automation, mechanics, or electronics

Work Experience

• 3 years of technical experience or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• Repair and maintenance experience of TDW services equipment (required)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Assist with repairs, testing, cleaning, and inspection of equipment for damage or wear, ensuring worn or damaged parts are repaired or replaced following established quality control procedures.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and observe company safety rules.
• Participate in HT&P training program(s) to benefit current position as well as prepare for future assignments.
• Record maintenance of service center hot tapping and plugging equipment.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to speak English required – Spanish speaking skills a plus.
• Excellent computer skills. i.e., service automation programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic equipment such as pumps, motors, control valves, etc.
• Working knowledge of hydraulics and mechanics.

Work Environment

• Follows strict safety and operational protocols
• Frequently exposed to varying weather conditions
• Handles heavy machinery and pipeline tools
• May work in confined spaces or at elevated heights
• Potential of up to 25% travel, dependent on customer demand
• Works in both indoor workshops and outdoor environments
