Job Profile

The company is searching for a CNC Grinder Operator who will set up, and operate one or more CNC Grinders internal to Rotor Machining.

Educational Qualification

• Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED (required)

Work Experience

• Must have previous machining experience

Duties/Responsibilities

• Edits or writes parts program, and manages tooling for work centers.
• Decisions may be required to devise ways and means of solving related job problems with little direction from others.
• Meet or exceed standard tolerances and machine finishes as specified on drawings using precision measuring instruments.
• Able to read and understand drawings or other reference material.
• Conduct first-piece inspection and make any indicated corrections or adjustments to set up before proceeding with production. Make necessary adjustments during operation to achieve requisite tolerance or dimensions. Participate in data collection processes established for each machine tool.
