Job Profile

The company is hiring a Machine Operator I who will function as a urethane pouring machine operator, pour in multiple types of molds, and select proper molds to be poured.

Education Level

• High School Diploma (required)

Work Experience

• 3 years of experience in a pipeline equipment manufacturing type role

Duties/Responsibilities

• Completes necessary forms (e.g., job orders and time cards)
• Installs template and completes set-up for producing parts in the most economically efficient manner
• Loads and unloads material from the rack, utilizing assistance from others when necessary
• Maintains a safe, clean, and orderly work space
• Operates presses, forklifts, furnaces, power tools, and sand blaster, and makes minor repairs and adjustments to equipment
• Performs mathematical calculations necessary to perform the layout of shapes
• Uses a urethane pouring machine to fill molds.
• Works from blueprints, sketches, and oral instructions to plan and lay out work to ensure that work is performed to decimal and print tolerances

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to lift heavy objects, in compliance with TDW Safety Regulations

• Exposed to noise, dust, and mechanical hazards
• Follows safety procedures and quality standards
• Operates machinery under close supervision
• Stands for long periods and performs repetitive tasks
• Works in manufacturing or industrial environments
