Job Profile

The company is looking to hire a Manufacturing Engineer who will support lines including troubleshooting issues in electrical test stations, problem-solving, working, and working on different projects or tasks.

Educational Qualification

• Applicants require a High School Diploma or GED

Work Experience

• Possess 4 to 5 years of experience in the process

Duties/Responsibilities

• Develop new equipment
• Handle process for reworks and reclaims on products
• Improve manufacturing process
• Support EOL and Electrical projects as well as engineering changes and deviations
• Support line issues and coordinate with ME engineers in driving solutions.
• Understand machine and lathe, and coordinate with OPE when requested

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Active involvement in continuous improvement initiatives (like Quality, Training, or Safety coordination) is a plus
• Knowledge in welding, machining, and wiring
• Must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to effectively build relationships with employees at all levels
• Must be able to know or learn windchill, CINCOM, and Pueblo Apps
• Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and process documentation
• Must be able to use a multimeter
• Must be flexible and able to work all hours
• Must have demonstrated creativity and solid problem-solving skills
