Job Profile

The company is looking for a Welder Foreperson who will have 5+ years of experience in Fabrication.

Also, will have an excellent safety background and strive to provide a safe work environment for their team.

Educational Qualification

• Applicants should have a Journeyperson Welder Certificate
• Have B Pressure Ticket
• Have valid safety tickets such as CSTS, Standard First Aid, and WHMIS

Work Experience

• Have 5 years of experience with multiple projects in the fabrication
• Experience with Stainless

Duties/Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and oversee site safety plans and quality control measures,
• Estimate and manage project labor and material requirements.
• Manage resources to maintain and enhance critical equipment performance.
• Prepare, monitor, and facilitate project schedule with the operations team to ensure budget and timelines are met.
• Provide supervision to multiple crews and services.

• Proven leader who can motivate people and maintain effective relationships with clients and team.
