Job Profile
The company is seeking a Pipefitter IV who will work closely with General Foreman to develop project-specific task plans for the labor and material requirements.
Educational Qualification

- Possess 5 years of experience or have mastery of all technical aspects
Duties/Responsibilities
- Assures all site personnel complies with project procedures, safety requirements, company policies, and other requirements as they occur.
- Conducts inspections on jobs, assures jobs are detailed to Pueblo Mechanical standards, assures jobs are ready, and participates as needed, in start-ups and coordinates as needed with contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and owners as necessary.
- Delegate jobs to crew members as determined by their capabilities and the general requirements of specific work projects and site parameters.
- Develop solutions to make sure issues never become problems.
- Documents all incidents as they occur and notifies the Project Manager and Field Leadership. Recommends and implements corrective action.
- Does physical survey of the project with General Foreman or Superintendent to ascertain conditions and reports back to PM in writing, if required.
- Does takeoffs for projects in a timely and thorough manner as requested by Foreman, General Foreman, or Superintendent.
- Meet with supervisors and necessary personnel as required in to fully resolve conflicts, complications, and other issues according to company and project requirements.
- Oversees and directs crew work on a daily basis, cooperating with other team members as necessary.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the on-site functions to include, but are not limited to, scheduling, material control, and rentals.
- Provide daily job completion percentages.
- Responsible for assuring that all jobs have weekly reports filled and turned into the office weekly. This is to include safety/toolbox reports, preconstruction, weekly production reports, and any project-specific reports.
- Reviews projects with General Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager after equipment and subs are procured.
- Train new crew members whenever they join the team and provide workers with continuing education according to the latest industry requirements in order that all work meets the most current specifications.
- Work directly with all other Field Leadership personnel and supervisors to ensure all site and crew activities are in sync.
