Duties/Responsibilities

Primary Duties-

• Providing safe and timely electrical and mechanical support, preventative maintenance, installation, service, repair, troubleshooting, and resolution for multiple operating machines within a corrugated manufacturing environment.
• Must have general industrial maintenance experience with an emphasis on electrical components.
• Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery which includes motors, pumps, drives, relays, 3-phase power, communication devices, industrial/electronic controls, and power transmission systems.
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
• Must be able to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings.

Others Duties-

• Completes preventative maintenance of scheduled machinery
• Provide resolution to mechanical and electrical problems of machinery.
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain mechanical equipment including but not limited to: VFDs, Servo Motors, pumps, pump & motor alignment, hydraulic, pneumatic, and all other electrical/mechanical systems.
• Performs Lockout/Tagout per procedure for various operations and maintenance personnel.
• Ability to work weekends and other OT as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Able to read schematics and ladder logic
• Electrical knowledge
• Welding proficiency is a plus
• Knowledge of OSHA Safety Standards and Regulations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Must provide own tools and toolbox
• Prior Corrugator/Converting equipment experience (strongly desired)
• Able to react and troubleshoot quickly in a very fast-paced environment
