Job Profile
The company is looking to hire a Pipefitter who will be committed to safety and have the proven ability to think critically and work collaboratively as part of a team.
The position will report to the Maintenance Supervisor
Educational Qualification
- Applicants should possess an Interprovincial Red Seal Endorsement (RSE) as a Pipefitter
Work Experience
- Possess maintenance experience in a heavy industrial setting
Duties/Responsibilities
- Adhere to and execute prescribed maintenance schedules in a safe and effective manner
- Maintain, install, and repair piping systems
- Troubleshoot piping systems to correct and improve Mill infrastructure
- Work safely and uphold Celgar’s World Class Safety Program
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with supervision, tradespersons, and operations to achieve outstanding results
- Knowledge and understanding of best practices in preventive and predictive maintenance
- Experience using computers and computer programs, CMMS
