Job Profile

The company is seeking a Production Associate who will operate production machinery in a safe manner while ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.

Complete all necessary documentation.

Educational Qualification

• Applicants should have a High School Diploma or Equivalent

Work Experience

• Possess an Automotive Tier 1 Experience
• Metal stamping, welding, assembly, quality, and material handling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO14001:2015

Duties/Responsibilities

• Ability to apply to understand details but simple written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving many variables in different situations.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work safely and follow policies and procedures.

• Computer proficiency
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Work Environment

Health/Safety

• Compliance with Occupational safety sections of the Act
• Must report all accidents and near misses to your Supervisor
• Must use or wear equipment, protective devices, or certain clothing as required by the company.
• Must wear all designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Must work in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, Company Rules, Plant Rules, policies, and procedures.
