Job Profile

The company is recruiting a Rope Access Boiler Maker/Pipefitter who will be responsible for carrying out duties and responsibilities in a safe and timely manner as assigned by the Rope Access Technician Supervisor.

Educational Qualification

• Applicants must possess a High School Diploma or GED

Work Experience

• IRATA/SPRAT Level I Certification required including proficiency in theoretical knowledge, equipment, rigging, maneuvers, climbing, and rescue/hauling
• Must possess an authentic SPRAT or IRATA Level I certificate, ID, and logbook.
• Preferred individual with the NCCER Insulator certification (Trained Individual).
• Preferred personnel with combined knowledge and experience fabricating and attaching aluminum-stainless steel jacking and metal bandings.
• Preferred technician with combined knowledge and experience handling mineral wool, glass wool, calcium silicate, aerogel, cryogel, pyrogel, etc.
• Required certification levels for specific projects

Duties/Responsibilities

• Be able to demonstrate all the skills and knowledge required for level I
• Ensure operational safety of all equipment
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of advanced rescue techniques
• Perform specific job functions as they relate to work orders
• Assist other technicians as required
