The company is seeking a Maintenance Millwright to join its team.
Educational Qualification
- Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED
Work Experience
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of Machinist or Millwright industrial manufacturing experience.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Fabricates mechanical production equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic piping, and plumbing systems using tools common to the Machinist craft, hand, power tools, and welding equipment as needed from blueprints, sketches, handbooks, and general instructions
- Installs and assists with new and replacement equipment
- Perform Machinist Maintenance tasks as assigned by your supervisor (PMs).
- Perform Machinist/Millwright maintenance tasks as assigned by your supervisor. Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs while working side by side with other maintenance or production employees such as electricians or machine operators.
- Performs mechanical troubleshooting and repair of machinery
- Performs preventative maintenance with regular inspections
- Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as Electric Motors, Hydraulic Pumps/Valves, Pneumatic/Hydraulic cylinders, Cranes, Automatic Saws, Conveyor/Belt systems, and related repair equipment such as Welders, Oxy-Fuel Torches, Drill Presses, Machine Tools, Power Tools and a full range of Hand Tools.
- Repairs and replaces defective parts, lubricates, and cleans parts
